Shipping policy

Shipping Locations: We ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All book orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail as our standard shipping method. Media Mail is a cost-effective option specifically for books, but delivery times can vary (typically 2–10 business days within the US).
  • Expedited options are available at checkout: USPS Priority Mail (usually 1–3 business days) and UPS services (ground, 2-day, or next-day depending on selection).

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping (USPS Media Mail) on all US orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply, based on weight.
  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected service.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. 

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

  • USPS Media Mail (standard): 2–10 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS: Varies by service selected (shown at checkout)

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Fulfillment for Backordered or Pre-Order Items: We ship orders only when all items are in stock. If your order includes backordered or pre-order items, the entire order will be held until everything is available. If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order from any backordered or pre-order items.

Packaging: All books are carefully packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the package has been handed to the carrier.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges. We are not liable for packages held or refused by customs. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we will assist with filing a claim.
