Interesting Change of Pace for the Ruin - Major Howard Vibes

I thoroughly enjoyed this diversion from the Main Line Ruin stories and look forward to listening to the first full novel in the Sgt. Thor Spinoff series. This story has clear Robert E. Howard influence with obvious roots in the "Frost Giant's Daughter". I found ti to be well written and very engaging. With as much love as I see Sgt. Thor getting I hope to see more from the other Forgotten Ruin Spinoff Underspire as well. Wargate knocks it out of the park as usual.

Interesting story; might not be my genre

The story was well written and enjoyable. However, the overall genre doesn’t really appeal to me. Might give one of the other books a try in this series but it wasn’t as engaging as the galaxies edge series and their complementary short stories that pulled me into it.
